2. God creates.
God called forth this creation over billions of years and continues to create something new in each moment. God is present throughout God’s sacred creation and is active in our lives today. All of creation has the ability to grow, adapt, heal and die. God loves the whole creation and has given humans the responsibility to take care of it. Creation’s beauty is to be enjoyed and cared for by every generation.

I think God is the creator of all, not just what we can see and know.
The universe, the cosmos, that which we know, that which we don’t know, that which is neither known or unknown.
All possibilities, not just what we understand as possible.
Paul’s term ‘Christ-in-us’ makes us the possibility for all change – in fact requires it of us.
God is creator even beyond the material universe…I like it. Also, I agree with the sense that God is the source of all possibilities and that we become the agents of change as we incorporate those divine possibilities into our lives.
I’m hesitating on this one while I agree with the basic premise.
How do we respond to the natural disasters(“create something new in each moment”) that bring chaos and suffering?
